PC crashes when i enable Intel vt-x

3 months ago I enabled vt-x and turned off Hyper-V to install Windows in VMWARE but the next day when i turned on PC there was blue screen error.
After I restart PC few times I insert a Win8.1 disk but when I reboot computer it suddenly turned off with out displaying anything on the screen and keeps turning on and off until
    I switch ff the power.
I get my PC fixed and the man said that there was a problem with motherboard and he updated BIOS. Last week I realised that someone has the same issue after enabling vt-x.
Does someone know what is the problem ?
I want to enable virtualization again . Is it possible that the PC crashes again ?

What exactly is the BSOD error you are getting?

Do you still get BSODs without anything plugged into your computer (ex: USB peripherals)

We cannot leave threads open indefinitely rather than asking for updates every couple of days we will temporarily close this, once you have been able to run the tool suggested by veeg in his reply #3 PM a member of staff to reopen your thread so that you can upload the info.
