Quick blue screen of death and crash?

Hi, I tried to put new RAM sticks into my computer yesterday but they were no good
So I put the old ones back in - and everything worked fine
But today when I tried to start up the computer when it trying to boot up Windows 7
It suddenly freezes shows a BSOD for a sec and than reboots
I tried messing with the RAM again but nothing
I can boot into BIOS
Can’t enter Safe mode
What can be the problem?
ran Memory Diagnostic Tool - says it detected hardware problems but did not identify them

Were the old ram sticks having issue’s? Please give us your complete pc spec’s.

Yoadx has an ongoing thread elsewhere and has formatted the drive and reinstalled Windows so best close this thread imo.
