    Need help with my pc !please!

    Hi I’ve been having issues with my pc for months now. At first it used to stutter every now and then while I was playing pubg , so I thought it was a connection issue because I was using bad internet , a couple weeks later I had my first β€œbsod” the β€œwhea_uncorrectable_error” one and since then I just had a blue screen a day .
    So I turned off xmp and downgraded to the previous nvidia graphics drivers and I didn’t have problems except for the stutters in game .
    Now I’ve changed connection and went for a 100mb optic fibre , I have 20ms and the game still stutters , I’ve now realised that it’s not just pubg it’s many games for example in league of legends when I get into the map the game freezes for like 1 second every time , Pubg has gotten unplayable tho , stutters every time something happens , I’m wondering could it be my ssd ?
    My specs are : ryzen 5 1600
    16gb ddr4 2400mhz ram
    Rtx 2060
    Msi b350 mortar
    120 gb Samsung 850 evo
    1tb wd blue
    550w Corsair psu
    I’ve already tried : fresh installing drivers ,
    Formatting pc,
    Test ram gave no errors however I tried swapping them around or just using 8 at the time but still have issues
    Hope you guys can help me out .

          After clean installing Windows, did you install the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first.

          When you tested the RAM did you do each stick separately and allow Memtest to run for at least four to five passes.
          1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
          2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box

            Yes i did install the drivers and chipset drivers however I don’t remember which ones i installed first.
            I tested 8 gb of ram at the time (i have 4x4gb)
            the minidump folder is empity.

              Not a good PSU to be using when there is a high end GPU and multiple drives present as the CX range of Corsair PSUs are only intended for entry level PCs that are used in schools and offices etc, I suggest that at some point you swap in a Gold efficiency rated PSU from a proven brand.

              Will come back to the drivers if needs be.

              To properly test your RAM would take a couple of days so for now I suggest that you test each stick individually but only by seeing how the computer behaves and not by using Memtest.

              To initially test each stick of RAM, insert one stick at a time in DIMM slot A which is the second slot away from the processor, try and use the computer as you normally would, make a note of any outcome on a piece of paper and place the tested stick of RAM on top of it so that you know how each stick behaved.

              You mention that you had formatted something, crash dmps are not enabled by default, if you have not had any BSOD since clean installing Windows it would make sense that there would be no crash dmps so the best thing to do is make sure that small memory dmps are enabled on your computer, see How to Configure Windows 10 to Create Dump Files on BSOD?
