Good morning from Nevada. I need some help with my computer after it fell in January. I got it working again (somewhat) just 5 days ago and daily it bluescreens with a fatal code. The error code is CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and it happens day after 10 minutes of use. I need to close my computerβs screen for 20 minutes to start it up. I suspect hard drive malfunctions/driver errors, but the drivers are too big to download quick enough on my PC and my phone doesnβt have enough space. Please help me soon.

It is a possibility you may have some hardware damage.

Iβd highly advise that you open up the machine and make sure everything is seated correctly; might as well dust it out with a can of compressed air while you are in there.
