You need to speak to the repair shop and ask as to why you have an unlicensed version of Windows on your computer, they may have only reinstalled what was previously on the drive meaning that the person that sold you the computer had installed it, either way you need to get it sorted as it may not only be the cause of the problems that you are having the PCHF Terms and rules mean that we can only help you uninstall the illegal version of Windows, clean install a legit version of Windows and MB drivers then go from there if you still have problems.
PCHF Terms and rules here- Support for, discussion of, or promotion of sites offering cracks, warez, torrents, *********** or any other illegal material or any software created to download any of the above. This includes nulled, copied or any other illegal software or operating systems.

Why not check with the store first, if the person that sold you the computer did so with a non legit version of Windows installed they should at least give you some of your money back to put towards the cost of you having to purchase a legit version of Windows, tell them that you will report them if you have to.Comment

May I suggest that if you intend approaching the repair store about this that you first of all ask why they installed the Education version of Windows on your computer, as I said in my reply #8 they may have only reinstalled what was previously on the drive and the person that sold you the computer had installed it, if you outright wrongly accuse the repair store of installing an illegal OS they may well be less than helpful and ask you to leave the store and not come back.
