    Blue screen out of nowhere

Hello guys, i had no issue until today. note that i never reboot my laptop and the blue screen happened when i started browsing. Previously i had some connection issue (my connection suddenly cut and had to rejoin the network to gain access back) which im not sure it is related to this but i just put it out here

    Currently using:
    windows 10 home 64 bit (10.0, build 17763)
    Model: VivoBook 15_ASUS Laptop X540UAR
    BIOS: X540UAR
    Processor: I5 -8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz (8cpus), ~1,8GHz

Note: while making this thread, my screen freeze and had to restart laptop. Please help as i am unable to do any stuff on this laptop as of now

    Thanks in advance pcp

any chance you are running AVG as your security program?
if so remove it and see if that helps.

Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version – SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.

Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder

Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions
