    S.O.S constant BSOD

So i recently built a new ryzen 7 system and havs been getting crashes left and right. After playing a game for and hour or so I the game itself would crash. Every other time it wouldn’t be just a game crashing, but the entire system with BSOD. I get every single version of the BSOD and a lot of them referred to memory management. I went through every forum to help, tried testing RAM, SSD, HDD, SFC, updating every single driver, bios, chipset. All came out with no errors. I even reset my windows 3 times while wiping my drives completely. NOTHING WORKED. I’m at the end of my rope and i don’t know what to do next. I’ve seen others post up their minidump files, but i have no idea what to do with it. Can someone please help me here?

Hi there @Adrian429 and welcome to PCHF

You’re getting a PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA error. That points to a hardware fault.

The first thing to check is your SSD and your HD. Both drives need to be checked.

Go ahead and download SeaTools for Windows.

Install it and run it. You’ll be greeted with a drive list. Go ahead and select the drive and go to Basic Tests > Short Drive Self Test. If it passes, move on to Short Generic. If that passes, run Long Generic. Note that Long Generic will take an hour or so, so run it overnight.

You’ll need to do this for both drives. The SSD will take less time.
