System Thread Exception Not Handled BSOD

I’ve been getting this error for a little while now, but it only happens when I try and load up a game. I’ve tried fixing it by updating my drivers but it still continuously happens. Really don’t know what to do anymore at this point.

Trying to post the files but my computer is saying I have to be an admin to post them, and I’m definitely an admin

Just to confirm you are converting them to a zip file?

It won’t even let me do that, whenever I try it’s pops up with an error saying “File not found or no read permission.”

Create the zip/RAR file or upload the zip/RAR file?

What software are you using to create the zip/RAR file?

Try uploading the files to Google Drive or Dropbox and posting the link here

I can’t create the zip file, I do the normal way of creating one by right clicking the dump file, send to, compressed (zip) folder. Afterwards it just gives me the error.

                  OK try doing this.

Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.

Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version – SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.

Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.

Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder

Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions

                      That worked

The BSOD was caused by an AMD driver. Is Windows up to date?

OK. Try doing the following for me so I can get some more info.

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
                          List Installed Programs
                          List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Please post the log in your next reply

It seems like you might have some file errors. Run SFC below for me please.

                              [ul]
[li]Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt[/li][li]When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator[/li][li]When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press Enter. [/li]
                              [ICODE]sfc /scannow[/ICODE]
[li]Wait for this to finish before you continue[/li][li]Copy and paste the following command, press Enter.[/li]
                              [ICODE]findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt[/ICODE]
                              [/ul]
That will create sfc.txt on your Desktop. Please attach sfc.txt to your next post:
                              [ul]
[li]Open Reply window. Click ‘More Reply Options’.[/li][li]Go to the end of your text (if any).[/li][li]Click ‘Choose Files..’[/li][li]For ‘File name’ paste this: %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt[/li][li]Click the ‘Add to Post’ link which will appear on the right when the file has been uploaded.[/li][li]Click ‘Add Reply’.[/li][/ul]
