Please download the Sysnative BSOD Dump + System File Collection App - save to Documents folder.
Run the app - Double-click on the downloaded EXE file
Output = new folder created in Documents + a zipped version β SysnativeFileCollectionApp folder + SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip.
Please note that the app averages ~3 minutes to run on most systems; other systems - it my take as long as 10-15 minutes to run. Please be patient.
Also note: The app auto-zips the SysnativeFileCollectionApp output folder. It is located in your Documents folder.
Windows Explorer should open and highlight the zipped folder
Please attach the SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zip to your post and await further instructions -
I think so, but which software is best at checking this? the ones commonly available need premium subscription and I donβt even know if they work properly or just give random stats.Originally posted by jmarketDEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN8_DRIVER_FAULT
You have a faulty driver. Are all your drivers up-to-date?Comment

I did the ones for pc. And there are some options shown at the main screen of snappy driver that shows, optimal driver but of older version. I want to ask if it is okay to install them or other updates shown on the main page.Originally posted by jmarketNo just the ones for your PCComment

the files are downloaded in the drivers folder of snappy as well. can I delete those files? the drivers should have already been installed through the software itself right?Originally posted by jmarketOptimal drivers are what you want. If some are older thatβs ok. Most will be newer drivers though.Comment

Hi, thank you first i havenβt experienced bsod since then. but there is one issue I just got earlier. I was browsing the internet, when the internal fan of the laptop ran, the laptop slowed down greatly then like the cursor moving slowly or with afterimages. I opened a media video, but the video was playing like it was stuttering. I restarted and it went back to normal. But could you tell me what this issue is ?Originally posted by jmarketHave you experienced any further issues @maxim123? If not, you can delete snappy and the drivers.
I checked in the performance tab of the task manager, the memory usage and cpu usage were normal there.Comment
