Blue Screen of Death - can't load Windows 7

Hello:

I’ve encountered the Blue Screen of Death.

I am neither able to start Windows 7,
nor able to do a fresh installation of Windows from the Windows 7 CD,
nor able to open the System Recovery Options,
nor able to load system image recovery from a bootable CD,
nor able to do anything in Advance Startup Options whenever I can open it.

I am able to get into the Setup program after I power up my PC, That’s the only thing that works.

any meaningful message or error number on the BSOD?
what error to you get when using the Win7 installation CD for example?
from the ASO menu, can you get into the Command Prompt and do sfc /scannow and chkdsk c: /f ?

Obvious question, but you have enabled the boot to cd/dvd option in the bios?
