    BSOD Rules

Welcome to the PCHF BSOD Help Center!
This section is dedicated to helping you diagnose and resolve Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) issues. Our team can assist in interpreting crash dump files, identifying causes, and guiding you toward a reliable fix.

To help us assist you as quickly and accurately as possible, please follow these guidelines:

    βœ… DO:
    1.) Provide detailed information.
Include your Windows version, full system specs, when the issue started, any recent hardware or software changes, and attach logs or dump files if available.
The more information you provide, the faster we can help.

2.) Post in the correct section.
Each Windows version has its own area (e.g. Windows 11, Windows 10). Please post your thread in the section that matches your OS.

    3.) Be patient.
Our Tech Support and BSOD Experts are all volunteers. We review every thread as quickly as possible β€” please allow time for a response before bumping your post.

    🚫 DO NOT:
    1.) Bump your thread repeatedly.
If a Tech Support member, BSOD Expert, or Staff Member has not yet responded, please don’t bump your post. Unnecessary bumps may be removed at a staff member’s discretion.

2.) Reply to BSOD threads unless you’re trained in diagnostics.
While we appreciate your willingness to help, incorrect advice can make things worse. Please allow our BSOD experts or staff to handle diagnostic replies.

    πŸ“Œ Note:
This section is read-only. To post your BSOD issue, select the correct BSOD area for your version of Windows (e.g. Windows 11, Windows 10) and create a new thread there
