Pc Restarts After launching a game

Hello all, I have recently come across an issue where whenever I try to play games, my pc black screens and restarts. I have checked all the requirements for my games and it’s with most of my games. The only game which works fine is Roblox. I have tried options such as updating my drivers, checking for windows drivers and malware. I have also done a 3D Mark test if it helps I will have the results attached.

My pc specs are:
CPU - Intel Core i5-9400f @2.9GHz
GPU - Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060
48GB RAM 2400 MHz
500W PSU
Windows 10

The two after yours added improved system stability, which is Asus-speak for ‘we fixed bugs’ so who knows if the latest will help or not, but for a shot[/li][li]you have one pair of RAM at DDR-2666 and another pair at DDR4-2400, and different brands, and different latency and CAS - which all points to memory issues[/li][li]you have AVG installed and have used Driver Easy in the past[/li][/ul]

So,

[li]I’d be looking into getting a better PSU - at least Gold+, and 750watts, and 7 or 10 year warranty.[/li][li]Also run the rig on only one pair of memory sticks and see if that helps.[/li][li]Remove AVG, not only has the company lost it’s direction and the product is now a glorified data harvester, a 3rd party AV program is not needed. The inbuilt Windows Defender security software is excellent and has ranked better or at least equal to the top paid-for products for at least 8 years.[/li][li]Remove all traces of Driver Easy. These ‘driver update’ programs are usually nothing more than malware riddled programs that get you to download drivers and more often than not, get it wrong and make things worse.[/li][/ul]

Thank you very much for the advice, and I am very grateful for your help. I am looking into PSU’s now as the other advice you offered has unfortunately not worked.
However, I’d also like to ask about something related to this. The issue I currently have and am seeking help for has happened on multiple occasions but was fixed by factory resetting my PC. I would try to find a solution, but couldn’t and gave up and simply factory reset my PC, which would then work for a couple of months and then eventually the issue would reoccur. I decided to try looking for help this time as to possibly find the cause of this issue, as to avoid further problems. So that would lead to me to conclude that it shouldn’t be hardware related or underpowered components due to PSU.
If you have any idea on why this is, please let me know, as it would be of great help.

Your logic is sound and I would agree, if wiping the slate clean and starting from scratch is fixing it, then that would indeed point to a software issue.
The next time you factory reset, get the basics right like, chipset drivers and Windows Updates, then run the rig like that for a few days.
Then add one thing at a time.
So, with only one game installed, run the PC like that and see if the screen blackouts and restarts till occur.
Keep adding one thing at a time and retesting - theoretically the last software installed before the next black screen/restart should be your culprit.

I’d still be doing all that on only one pair of memory sticks.
And yes, a better PSU as well.
