Audio cuts in certain apps and mic not working only on discord

Hi there, I recently upgraded my PC parts (ryzen 5 4500 6 core, msi b450m pro vdh max and Klevv 16gb ddr4 ram 3200mhz) and have had issues with audio cuts on YouTube a few min to an hr of watching and mid game in valorant as well as no mic coming through on discord even though it’s coming up on the windows system itself. Valorant also freezes at the end of each match. With outplayed recording I have this capture encoder error as well. My previous components were an i7 4770K and asus q87me mobo and a ddr3 ram with 1600mhz. I was running win 10 back then and now win 11 pro. I had to upgrade as there had been frame drops in games (7 days to die, Fortnite and valorant). Upon upgrading the fps seems to be fine now and audio is fine except for very specific apps. My other components are an MSI gtx 1660 super vented xs oc and a cit fx pro 700w PSU. These were unchanged however. My headset is a Logitech g332 which I’ve been using for quite some time and haven’t really had issues with it and I’ve tried with splitter cables at the front and back of the PC as well as a new USB to 3.5 jack adapter with a DAC converter.
