I just bought this PC last week and have been trouble shooting it since trying to fix this issue. whenever I launch a steam game it black screens and I can hear the audio but have no video. I was able to occasionally get sons of the forest and garry’s mod to run but games like rainbow six siege and black ops 3 will never work and always black screen. Something to note is I’ve been able to get Black ops 3 to work when opening it in something called safe mode where it is just a windowed version of the game. However, the second I full screen it the game freezes and becomes unresponsive. Because of this my leading theory is that it is a display issue. I’ve messed around with my display settings and resolutions but nothing has worked so far.
