MY 4070ti CANT RUN FORTNITE ANYTHING ABOVE LOW SETTINGS AND MY PC STOPS WORKING WHY ?

I have a 4070ti and it literally cant handle anything above low settings without horrendous screen tears. Ive tried watching multiple YouTube videos and even tried using the optimal settings according to the GEFORCE EXPERIENCE App , which put everything on ultra and lets just say that did not work in the slightest. this seems to be the only game i have this issue with and far from the most demanding. what do i do ?

If all other games work except for Fortnite, there isn’t much to diagnose. I would check on the Fortnite or Epic Games communities.

Also, if you are using the Epic Games Launcher, use it to verify or check the integrity of the Fortnite game files.
