I have a Ryzen 5 5600x and a RTX 4060 and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM and I can only run EAFC 24 at around 80 fps

Hello. I need advice. I have tried changing every setting in the book and the results are the same. My I have the same rig as my roommate and he is running eafc 24 silky smooth at around 200 fps. I have tried changing my NVIDIA control panel settings and In game settings and nothing changes. Please help
