    Windows 11 game stuttering

I just built a new pc a week ago, and yesterday I started having stuttering problem. It happens the most when I’m gaming, my fps would drop and my keyboard would go crazy input lag goes waaaay up the key I press won’t register until 1 second later, weird thing is it only happens with my keyboard, mouse still responds normally. I have tested 3 different keyboards and they all have the same issue. This also happens sometime while I’m not gaming. Screen would start flashing and stutering, fps drops, keyboard input delay starts going up. I have updated to the newest drivers for everything, even updated bios. Nothing changed, I have an asus rog strix b760 a gaming wifi board, I did some research and thought it was because of amoury crate, so I deleted it and the issue still occurs frequently, I even reinstalled windows 11 twice. Can someone help me figure this out?

    Start by downloading/installing Speccy.

[HEADING=3]To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:[/HEADING]
    [ol]
[li]In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.[/li][li]In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.[/li][li]Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot dialog box. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.[/li][/ol]
