All games CRASHING!!! HELP

I recently switched over to a Gaming PC from console gaming, and im ready to throw this junk piece of crap out the window. I havent been able to play a single game yet without it crashing on me. im running Windows 11 on an AMD Ryzen 7 7500 8-core Processor, 16gb of RAM , and a RTX 3070 Graphics card and 1TB of memory. But EVERY GAME I PLAY CRASHES, Project Cars 3, Dirt 5, CarX Drift racing, Microsoft flight sim, and even Steam shuts down on me! Why did i pay over 3000 dollars for a new LIQUID COOLED computer that wont do anything but give me problems… is this fixable or should i throw it out the window?
