low fps

hey. so i would like to get some help with my pc if anyone knows what is the problem.

i got low fps in several games until i restart my pc several times. after that my fps will be high for all games.

(my normal fps is about 250 but when its low its under 60)

my specs is

CPU amd ryzen 7 5800x 3.8 ghz

motherboard rog strix b550 f gaming wifi II

memory 2*16 kingston-32 gb ram

GPU gigabyte geforce gtx 1650 4gb

windows 11
