random lag spikes combined with all usb devices losing connection

When using my computer (mostly when playing games) i sometimes get big lag spikes followed by all my usb devices disconnecting and hearing a loud static noise in my headphones. When this has happened some times it can even lead to a BSOD(giving a different error message every time). I tried many things to resolve this problem(updating all drives, reinstalling windows) i also changed many of the components in my pc(motherboard, graphics card, processor, PSU, 1 out of 2 hard drives, RAM). I dont know how to find and solve this problem, maybe somebody here could help me to find the problem.

I am uncertain of what information is necessary to solve this problem, and therefore, I may not have included sufficient details in the previous alinea. However, I am willing to provide additional information that could aid in resolving the issue.

Not sure how you missed also answering the above but being that it is important we need the info asap.

We can see a couple of problems but need the PSU info first + the details of the RAM as Speccy is not reporting them, do you have a link to the exact RAM you have.[/color]

oh sorry i missed the orrange text woops.
the ram that i am using is HyperX 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM (Kit of 2) 1Rx8 HyperX FURY Black
and the PSU i have is the Cooler Master MWE 750W 230V White -v2

Some issue seen are and others may have more to say:

Drivers should only be gotten from the system manufacture and or the device manufacture and only to correct an issue. Updating just to have the newest can and does cause issues.

CCLeaner if used incorrectly has been known to remove files and registry entries that are required for Windows to run properly.

The C drive is getting full may need to look into cleaning out some of the information.
