I can tell from the log, that you did not run the batch file, is there something about it that you do not like? I can assure it is safe to run, and the first two lines in the batch will create a restore point.

You need to let it run until completion. It may take some time to complete, and will require some assistance to move it along on your part. The results are worth it. Once you are done, post a new minitoolbox log, so that I can confirm it has been ran. This is absolutely my area where I excel squeezing performance out of a computer is like second nature to me, just follow the instructions I post and you will like the results.

Once you have completed the batch file…Then, install Unlocker and Everything Search engine.
Type Norton into the everything search engine window.
Then click edit select all.
Right click highlighted text.
Then select unlocker then delete.

Repeat the same for Symantec

Yet you still have these installed… There are many things that we need to take care of, I just do not want to overwhelm you with way too many instructions. So we will take it a step at a time.

I want to make sure that Im following this process correctly.

I completed the batch file.

Installed “Everything Search Engine.”
Installed “Unlocker.”

Searched for “Norton” in the search engine.
Only 1 file was located.
Right clicked and deleted said file.
Nothing with “Unlocker” popped up however the file seems to be deleted.
Searched for “Symantec” and nothing popped up.

Did I follow the process correctly?

ALSO; Thank you for walking me through this, Instead of blasting it all in one comment. I appreciate it very much.

Yep, good. The batch file should want reboot your computer when it is done. Can you post the minitoolbox log so I can confirm it worked?

Also, run these tools.

Use O&O shutup ten with suggested and somewhat suggested settings enabled.

Disable windows update, and only enable it once a week to update on your terms not whenever microsoft feels you need an update.

Uninstall Useless to you windows apps with O&O App buster.

Download and run HellZerg Optimizer.

Disable Smart screen

I followed all of the steps, and all of the NVIDIA files have been deleted. The Hosts File is reset, however when I attempt to run Startup Lite, I get the attached image.

Good, let’s keep going.

Download the driver listed here. For windows 10 64 bit

Save it to your desktop.
Do not install it yet!

Uninstall your current Video card driver with DDU in safe mode.
Disable your wireless driver, and boot back into normal mode and install the graphics card driver that is saved to the desktop per instruction. After the install, then enable wireless rboot the computer and test your game.

All of the steps followed, unfortunately the game is still crashing to desktop at almost the same exact time as it did before.

If that fails, then undervolt your GPU

Undervolting a GPU is a process that may lower the temperatures of your graphics card while maintaining performance. Check our guide to learn how to do it.
