Prior to launching your game, download and run KillEmAll – d7xTech.com (formerly Foolish IT)

As admin. This will kill all non essential processes. Let us know if the game’s performance is better.

Also, the batch file should have changed your dns server to 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1

The mini toolbox log indicates the batch file wasn’t ran, did you allow it to complete? If not do so and allow the batch file to complete, it may take some time but the results are worth it. ???

Did you notice this issue after you updated to Windows 11?

Did you install all of your drivers, (chipset, video, storage) before allow Windows to connect to the internet and automatically install updates?

Ok, there is a program or service causing this issue, lets see a log from KillEmAll.

Once you reboot it will return to the same way it was. It is not a solution, only a diagnostic approach to the issue. Let’s see what was running that caused the issue. First you must reboot your computer, then gather a log from KillEmAll. Although, you could use it as sort of a game booster to just run prior to gaming.

                        After you reboot.
Right click KillEmAll run as admin.
                        Click enter button.
                        Then click L
Then hit enter key on your keyboard.
                        A log file will appear.
Copy and paste that into your reply here.

                        Download the driver listed here.
                        Save it to your desktop.

Uninstall your current Video card driver with DDU in safe mode.
Unplug your ethernet cord, and boot back into normal mode and install the graphics card driver that is saved to the desktop per instruction. After the install, then plug back up your ethernet cord and test your game.
