Why is my 3060 ti underperforming

I recently purchased a 3060ti and have been receiving around 70 fps on the new MW2. I even put all my settings on low and that doesn’t seem to help. Also on task manager, it says my power usage is very high. I don’t know much about pcs. What do I need to fix/upgrade to receive the specs I desire?

    (Pc specs)

power supply - 600w bronze (EVGA)

    mother board- B450M PRO-VDH MAX (MS-7A38)

    Processor- AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor, 3400 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)

Ram- Corsair vengeance Lpx 2133 Mhz

    Gpu- 3060ti

    Hello

Are you gaming on this pc?

Could be your psu. Also the ram speed is slow.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

        Hi,

Have you updated your video drivers? If you open Control Panel and check the power performance plan is it set to balanced or high performance? I would try to perform a clean boot in Windows and see if that also helps Perform a clean boot in Windows.
