Hey guys, can anyone help me with getting the best gaming settings for my memory? Like bios settings? My stream seams to lag but I have no lag in game. Thank you.

Sorry, it’s when I live stream my games on twitch is what I meant. I have my stream labs auto optimized to its setting. But when I stream apex or over watch, the fps on stream labs drops and frames skip. I have a Ryzen 7 5800x and with a 1660 ti with 32gb of ram.
