Hello
When I open Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles The Cowabunga Collection
I just see a black screen
I updated all my drivers with Driver Booster 10 and I have the required system for the game (the game was purchased from Steam), but I still get a black screen!
I don’t know what to do, please help me
Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Speccy report shows you have used a driver update program - Drive Booster and/or Drive Easy.
if they are still installed, remove them.
your memory sticks are different, remove one of them and see if that helps.
and while not critically low, your C:\ drive could do with freeing up some space.
so this issue ONLY happens when playing that one game?
Hello
I was using Driver Easy on my computer, but when the game encountered a problem, I used Drive Booster to maybe solve my problem.
Should I delete Driver Easy now?
Do you mean that my two RAMs are from two different brands? The seller should have told me this
Now I start to clean C:. It must be hard work
Yes, I only have problems with this game. Among the games I play, the same item has this problem
(To be sure, I have taken pictures of all the games I play for you)

Is it safe to be used by a somewhat computer illiterate person , if safe at all ?
Is it reliable ?
Is there any known problems to it or but use of it ?
Would you use it ? If not , then why and what is your best alternative ?
Page 1 of 2 - Windows 10 Driver Updating. - posted in Windows 10 Discussion: I am rather peed-off by driver updating programs saying a number of my drivers are out-of-date. Of course they are out-of-date - time moves on.
There are a number of credible driver updating programs available. My Avast AV has just said that my drivers need updating. A ploy to buy their program and wreck my PC.
Since Windows includes drivers in their updates (it has updated 12 so far on my PC), I see no saf...
Now a days you have to have 30 to 32 percent of the drive available for windows to run properly plus 32 GB available for Windows to update. Then there is also reserved around 7-10 GB. The less space the harder the drive has to work to store data including temp files that they system uses for the program running.

So I shouldn’t use Driver Booster at all?
Will the problem be solved by emptying C now?
all driver updater programs I have seen cause more issues than they solve.
most recommend updates that are not needed, or just wrong.
most also are simply spy filled malware.
yes - definitely remove any of these sorts of programs.
as to what other issues they may have caused, I cannot say.
personally, I would be nuking my rig from space! - that is, complete wipe of the drive and a fresh install of Windows. big bullet yes, but guaranteed to remove whatever damage they might have caused.
and ‘might have caused’ is the key phrase here.
we don’t know what is causing your issue for sure, we are simply picking the lowest hanging fruit first.
and at this stage, that is; low free space, use of driver update software and potentially incompatible memory sticks.
one of your sticks is from Kingston, made Jan 2016, the other is Samsung, made Nov 2015.
so, yes, remove one and see how things go, if no luck, take out the other and put back the first, and try again.
