Lets also get a Minitoolbox report and see what the errors are that could also be causing this.
You will need to download to a working system then use an external device to run on the affected system.
Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop. Right click on the file and select Run as Admin
Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options.
Select all
Click on Go.

V-sync helps bring the usage down to 40%, and its not a RAM issue… i updated my drivers, and updated my bios. i think its probably a motherboard issue or a power supply issue, the game still freezes alot though.Comment

Power supply is not seeing an issue there.
See if you turn off XMP for the RAM see if that makes a difference. Also turn off any over clocking.
Will be a bit while going through the logs.
What are your internet speeds, and have you checked those during times when you normally playComment

i did the clean boot, i still got the audio errors, i havent tested for the game crashing though. im going to be AFK for a few. so i will be back in a bitComment
