Lets also get a Minitoolbox report and see what the errors are that could also be causing this.

You will need to download to a working system then use an external device to run on the affected system.
Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop. Right click on the file and select Run as Admin

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options.

      Select all

      Click on Go.

copy and paste the contents of the file called MTB.txt or attach the file to your next post.

V-sync helps bring the usage down to 40%, and its not a RAM issue… i updated my drivers, and updated my bios. i think its probably a motherboard issue or a power supply issue, the game still freezes alot though.

Power supply is not seeing an issue there.

See if you turn off XMP for the RAM see if that makes a difference. Also turn off any over clocking.

Will be a bit while going through the logs.

What are your internet speeds, and have you checked those during times when you normally play

Another thing that we can try is have the system run in Clean Boot

Dis you manually turn on the TPM in BIOS?

Did you install all of your required drivers?

The order is important as well:
                          Device Drivers Installation Order

Let’s get a new speccy and see if anything looks troublesome with that refresh.
