When I open up a game my frames are normal, usually I get 200+ but 10 minutes later my frames drop to 30-40. When I open up Task Manager it goes back up to 200+. So I’m really confused to why this keeps happening. I have to constantly leave Task Manager open when I play a game. I’ve been searching around and there’s people with similar problems. The replies I’ve seen is that there’s a mining virus. I downloaded Malwarebytes and tried to play a game after, but I still get the same results.

You have post on a tech assistance forum looking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.
Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better assist you. -
