I have a really new system that I tried optimizing/troubleshooting but I can not figure out by myself why do I see small frequent freezes of 0.1s or so while gaming: Warzone, Kovaaks. I do not have network issues since I tested it in 2 different places and since Kovaaks is singleplayer, I reinstalled multiple times Nvdia software and the games but in both I still have issues. I upgraded every driver that I could find but still no fix. I used every cmd command I found to test/repair system issues/missing files.

Not surprised that you are having issues, your Speccy report shows that the system settings are a mess.
There is a lot of work to do but first things first we need to know the brand and model name or number of the PSU. -

I think that it is safe to say that you need a better quality PSU, Corsair RM range, EVGA Gold or above or the same from Seasonic.

Other issues that are flagged up, you are OCing your RAM, not only past what the CPU can handle which AMD say here is 3200MHz but also past the stable 3200MHz Tested list by Corsair here

Windows should never have been installed on this device, it is way too small and will run out of space for updates in no time, a 256GB SSD is the minimum capacity that should be used just for Windows on its own

The system drivers were not correctly installed.
Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues and a weak PSU such as the one that you have will get hotter and weaker the more that you use it.

Regarding ram what i done is simply enabled xmp and it auto overclocked it to 3600 and when i saw that i also changed the flck to 1800 in order to match it and regarding drivers is there no way around it but to reinstall windows?Comment

I am currently working on the clean boot but i takes some time to test services and regarding the follow up ram and streaming: all i did in bios is enable xmp and later on change flck value to 1800 since we noticed it auto overclocked ram to 3600 MHz nothing else i touched in bios and i do not stream( i tried a bit to see how my pc handles it but it wasn.t the best experience so i quickly stopped)Comment

A clean boot is no good unless you have disabled XMP and changed the Windows Power Plan to Balanced.
I will be leaving it at that now as you following guidance on more than the one forum is not something that I will be a part of, should you do something suggested elsewhere and things go wrong PCHF will not be liable for the mistake.Comment

So should i first disable xmp and change flck to 1600 and the power plan change and then test the services?Comment

i will change power plan and disable xmp and see if games are still unstable and after that if i still have issues i should then do clean boot troubleshoot?
also if i disable xmp i will be stuck with 2133 mhz right? how can i go to 3200 without xmp enabled?Comment

Disable XMP, changed the Windows Power Plan and test by using the computer as you normally would, if things are better there is no need for the clean boot and addressing the RAM speed can safely be done.Comment

Ok so i found out in bios i had mem frequency selected to 3600 since this pc had previously 3600 ram and even after windows clean install the setting persisted so when i enabled xmp it auto sent my speeds to 3600 instead of the 3200. I changed it now and the powerplan and i will test it out tommorow and let you know about resultsComment
