My computer as of about a month ago will run games for about 10 seconds and then will crash. The only way ive managed to get them to work is underclocking my gpu. I’ve factory reset my computer ive updated everything I can, took it apart inspected for any damage, ran a few hardware tests. I even took it to a pc repair place and they “fixed” it. They didnt. They only tried to fix it through software they never even took a look at the hardware. Ive gotten a few errors from a few different games and they all blamed my graphics driver. So Im going to order a new gpu and a new psu with it to see if that is going to fix the problem. However if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.

can you post your complete PC specs.
get Speccy from here; Speccy - Download Builds
in Speccy, click File > Publish Snapshot > Copy to Clipboard > Close.
now you can paste (Ctrl+V) that link into a post.
One component Speccy doesn’t cover is the Power Supply Unit, so please also include the make/model of the PSU. -

Hi,
This sounds like a video card or a power supply issue. A 650 watt Corsair PSU should be able to handle the Nvidia Geforce 2080 Ti but its possible that either the video card is faulty or the power supply can’t supply enough wattage to handle the increased load during games.
If you are going to be looking at upgrading the power supply I would buy this one, CORSAIR HX Series HX750 CP-9020137-NA 750 W ATX12V v2.4 / EPS12V 2.92 80 PLUS PLATINUM Certified Full Modular Power Supply.Comment

There are at least two other issues that need to be taken care of but no point in going any further until we have the PSU information.Comment
