Every game doesn't load up or stucks on loading screen

So basically I woke up next day, Tried to play League of legends I loged in and boom stuck black screen with loading Icon.. I thought maybe its their isssue but then I tried to log in to Battle.net at it was the same.. I loged in and it stucked on loading screen icon and never loads up .. same with every single Game Even with Steam.. Please help… I tried to reset the pc but it didin’t worked at all

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
