Apex Legends causing BSODS on PC

    Hi All,

This post is a continuation of a previous post - Link . The issue was resolved for week until it started again now.

<Whenever I launch Apex, it generates a BSOD on my PC. The weird thing is, if I reinstall the game, it will work fine, but if I close and launch it again it will cause the bsod error. The BSOD errors are of different categories.
Also, the dump files are not being generated and I am not sure what the reason could be. I tried to perform clean installation, BIOS upgrade, Drivers update/downgrades and everything. Nothing seems to fix it. I tried to run memory test (Windows Diagnostic tool) it showed no errors with memory>.

Right now the game is causing bsod after launch, every single time. And other games have also started to cause Bsod (Previously they werent). However when I run the Heaven Benchmark test at ultra setting it doesnt generate the bsod.
I am starting think its either GPU or Motherboard that is faulty.

    My Speccyy profile - Speccy
My PSU is Asus Rog 850 Watts Gold Certification

    Thanks.

    Hi,

An Update to the above post, each time my pc crashes, it gives bsod errors but i was not able to see the stop code as it shuts down quickly and the dump file always failed to create.

However, today in one instance I launched apex and went to the lobby as usual (Thats when the crash usually happens - The game would froze and the bsod screen appears for a second and then pc shuts down) , but I minimized the game window and was able to briefly see the error as - WHEA-UNCORRECTIBLE-ERROR.

In my research over the web, its more likely a hardware fault when this error happens. However to pinpoint the component, I need those dump files which are not generated ever. Can some one point the steps to get the dumps generated so the problematic component can be identified.

What strange is, I am running Heaven Benchmark with ultra settings and it never causes BSODs.

    Thanks
