My game wont launch when I push play and drops to task bar minimized and wont respond when I click

I have a Legion gaming laptop less than a year old. I play Guildwars 2 on it. I recently did an update for the computer and the game worked after but now it is not. Everything is up to date and the computer is running normally. I tried reinstalling the game, repairing and I pulled up task manager and it says (not responding). Whenever I login then push play it pulls up as a white screen then it drops to the task bar minimized and unresponsive.
