Unable to Open Specific Games

Game will not launch. I click the .exe or the Steam ‘Play’ button, it pops up with the notification to ‘Make changes to my device’, and then nothing happens. When I use the straight .exe file, nothing at all happens, but it creates a Crash log

• The exact same thing happens with Yakuza: Like a dragon, an instant crash/no open: and I can run stuff like CyberPunk with mod easily and well (60fps area).
