Help setting up son's PC - non gaming mum

Hi, I need help setting up my son’s gaming PC - specifically Minecraft and Fortnight. His dad got him a pre-built gaming PC and I thought it would be easy enough to install the aforementioned games but alas.

Ideally I’d like support from someone remotely who can fix this for us. Are there independent gamer support people and if so where do I find them? If not there should be!

Sorry but as per the PCHF Terms and rules that you agreed to abide by when becoming a member;
1. PCHF can not and will not offer remote assistance for any reason.

Let us know what any issues are that you are having and post a Speccy url for us;

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

You never told us what the problem was or post the power supply details, we can`t help if you do not provide all of the requested information.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the computer does not meet the minimum hardware requirements of either game, namely the graphics solution;

Minecraft System Requirements

Fortnite System Requirements
