My GPU utilization if fluctuating so bad that games are unplayable. It will go from 95% to zero. To a complete freeze. I don’t think it’s bottlenecking because my cpu usage is only like 40% when playing a game. But my GPU still goes down. It’s not overheating, powers supply, fans. I’ve checked all of that. I personally think it’s something software related. The information is not getting to the GPU from the CPU. Any help would be appreciated.
