Hello, I have issies with my the gaming pc i bought in march 2021. It is a prebuild gaming pc: MAG Infinite S 10SC-010MYS It has an intel 5th gen core and Nvidia 2060 super gpu but i’m having trouble to play fortnite on low graphic qualities on 240 fps and i read that i should be able to do it with this pc, my pc also freezes when i’m starting it the first time everyday. Gigabit-speed internet also isn’t working while it should. Can anyone help me please?
I would be checking out the warranty side of it first.
while the gaming issue may be ‘self caused’, the startup freezing and internet issues may be hardware related and should be check out by the PC supplier.
