Low fps with cpu potential left

Hey

im playing BF2042 and i have just over 70 fps, sometimes going over or underneath. Based upon MSI afterburner i Still have room for some workload of my cpu. I just wanted to start to get in touch so maybe some of you can help me get the maximum fps of my computer.

My Settup is:
RTX3080
AMD Ryzen 7 5800x 8x
16 gb Ram

My monitor is 3840 × 2160 with 60 fps maximum, but i guess msi afterburner shows you your potential fps even in the monitor does not support teh fps which are shown).

i attached a small screenshot where you can see what the msi afterburner chows for my cpu and gpu. At that moment i played BF 2042 with maximum Settings

How many usb devices do you have plugged in?

i use 3. My headphones, my keyboard and my mouse

Maybe it is a performance issue becaus the game is new. On BF V Ultra Settings i have no Problems and workload Space up to 50% on my CPU
