First time PC builder here. Thanks in advanced for reading.
I am building a new pc with the following components:

[li]ROG Strix B550-E Gaming mother board[/li][li]Ryzen 5600X cpu[/li][li]addlink S70 m.2 1TB Nvme[/li][li]Corsair vengeance LPX 2x16GB RAM[/li][li]Corsair TX650M psu[/li][li]EVGA Geforce RTX 3060 TI gpu[/li][/ol]
When I flip the switch on the psu the RGBs on the motherboard turn on, but it won’t boot.
I have read that this mother board has trouble initially booting at times, and requires a bios flashback. I have attempted the Bios flashback at several stages at this point (removing one component at a time) with a USB 2.0 fat32 formatted usb stick with the bios file named: SB550EG.CAP
Now the only thing plugged into the motherboard is the case jumpers and fans, still no dice.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
