With out knowing anything about your system?
What you have tried?
What the events were leading up this?
How long has this been happening?
Have you checked display setting and options?
Have you checked Monitor settings and options?
Rebooted the computer?
It is just the game that is having this issue or everything including when the system post?

Look at the glasses and also when i am in game the game looks weird when im playing on PC but when i play on PS4 it looks better

You can only compare graphics quality if both systems have the same or at the very least, very very similar specs.
You can only compare a PC to a PS4 if both have the same processor, memory and graphics card.
That’s the hardware side.
Then you have to have both systems setup the same - bandwidth, FPS, refresh rates, resolution and loads more.

you aren’t comparing apples with apples.

but yeah, the glasses over his left eye seem to have blurred outside edges - but whether that is lazy programmers or low system specs I cannot say.
