helloo, I want to buy my first PC but I have no idea where to start. All I know is I would prefer a prebuild under 400 dollars that can do any type of quality gaming!

Hello Stellar,

Best advice that we can give is for you to put this on hold and keep saving until the sky high prices of GPUs come back down, your present budget would be just enough to get you the GPU here which is some way off the high end range of RTX GPUs demanded by most gamers these days, AMD platform GPUs that are preferred by others are also suffering from the same price hike, one such an example being the 2018 card here
