My television is a 4k display and my graphics card runs natively at 4k, but the ram of the card only allows me to run Far Cry 4 at 1080p. For the best picture should I change my graphics card setting to 1080p or leave it at the native 4k resolution ?
Honestly 1080p resolution is fine but 4k will work as long as the video card can handle and play games at 4k resolution with 60 FPS framerate. What video card do you have?
