Help! Latency spikes (996ms) and FPS drop (below 10fps)

    Hi all,

I am new to pc gaming and purchased the following:
    Nvidia 2080 super
    AMD ryzen 7 3700x 8-core processor 3.60 ghz
    32gb ram
    kraken m22
    western digital sn550
    xpg core reactor 750w gold
    windows 10
wifi gets 370 upload and download speed (fiber)

Everything ran very well for 6+ months until recently. When I load into a warzone game my latency spikes to 996ms and fps drops to below 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled nvidia drivers, amd drivers, and warzone and the problem still continues. From basic googling it does not seem like my temperatures are out of control ~60 degrees Celsius. Sometimes if I can get through the loading screen I can play and it will run OK, not great. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the problem is?

    Welcome to PCHF teefitz,

I think that you will find that the problem is with the Activision/Warzone servers and nothing to do with your hardware, the web is full of the same issue and there is no fix for it.
