Strange icon pops up every time I open a game

So I´ve been dealing with this issue for about a year now. What happens is that every time I open a game two “messages” pop onto my screen that say the following: “image not found” and “D:/ default image”. Please, if someone knows how to deal w this issue reply to this thread.

Yes, and a LOT of times.

Are the games on C or D drive?
If D, is this a partition on the HDD/SSD or a separate drive?

The games are on the D drive. It’s on the HDD

Some games will only work if installed on the C drive. I would try doing this & see if you have the same error.
