What PC should I buy? Please help

I’ll get right to the point. I know nothing about PCs. There’s so much information on the internet that researching is overwhelming and I’ve learned nothing. All I want is a PC that can run a few games like Minecraft and Sims and works for home use as well. My budget is 200-300 preferably. I have no preference as far as brand. If there’s an easy answer to this, I would greatly appreciate it!!! Any insight or tips are also appreciated.

Here is the pc requirement for minecraft.

The same for Sims.. Your budget may be a little low..

I would go with something like this, Dell OptiPlex 7010 Minitower Desktop PC - Intel Core i5-3470, 3.2GHz, 8GB, 1TB, DVD, Windows 10 Professional.

It will allow you to play simple games and you can always upgrade the system down the road with more powerful components as your budget allows.
