FPS dropped (Warzone)

Hey so I just got a gaming computer I was expecting to run Warzone at 144 FPS steady with the specs but I’m hanging around 80-100.

I7-9700k
16GB ddr4 ram
RTX 2080 Super
My drivers have been updated as well.

That CPU/GPU shouldn’t be bottlenecking right?
