Im not sure the intial stuttering because this was now a couple of weeks ago but I know it became most noticeable playing League of Legends, and thats when I noticed happening with every aspect of my PC. Yeah I understand that, its almost impossible to diagnose but I’m pretty sure its not my internet because I was using this PC for work/browsing way before it started happening. Also wouldn’t know how internet would affect stuff like my cursor stuttering or working offline with Adobe products. Thanks for the help so far

Best thing that you can do is keep a log of when the stuttering starts, what the computer is being used for when the stuttering starts and how long the computer has been running for when the stuttering starts.

This is one of the hardest types of issue to resolve tbh, because all your hardware has passed all our tests all we can do is see if there is a pattern to the behaviour.

      You are welcome btw

This is probably redundant information but I got a recording of the stuttering while I was working. Attached performance @ the stuttering. In the video I was just moving my mouse back and forth that should stay on the white canvas but the stuttering would not register my mouse movement causing it to go further away

Question, is the stuttering to which you refer only related to the mouse icon behaviour in your video.

yeah the mouse behaviour is the only evidence in the video but I’ve switched mouses from both wireless and wired from another working computer. It was just what I was doing at the moment to record it

Sorry, not being pedantic but still not clear on what you are saying. is the stutter that you mention only affecting the mouse icon?

no worries, its just that all you see in the video is the mouse stuttering but what isn’t shown is that clicks would register whatever action I clicked, program would stutter, then it would do the action. I know its not just the mouse because I’ve swtiched to other mouses that do work with other PCs. I also used hotkeys and if I would use one during the stutter it would still register but take a bit to load

Hmm, well what you now describe has zero to do with dropping FPS so we have apparently been all around the houses for nothing

MG have a good troubleshooting guide to help with what you describe, see here

Ill go through with that guide but here’s a bit of in game footage of the stuttering. The reason I referred to them as FPS drops is because they act as fps drops in game, except the same thing happens with regular applications or even just my mouse as you saw in the previous video

Do you mean the screen blacking out every now and then, other than that I see nothing untoward.

The black screen just separates each clip, but the last 3 clips show fps drops more easily than the first ones. The people just seem to teleport from one frame to another a short distance

Sorry but not seeing anything untoward

Let us know how you get on with the MG suggestions, there is one other suggestion for you to check the mouse cursor behaviour.
