fps drops

Hello guys.
I am playing call of duty warzone in full low graphics,i have try everything to solve this problem but nothing works…
my problem is that in areas like airport downtown promenade east and some gunfights my fps drops badly
GPU:RADEON RX 480
CPU :AMD FX 8350 eight core processor
RAM :16.0 GB
MOTHERBORAD : MSI 970 GAMING(MS 7693)
MEMORY: 16,0 GB DDR3
i also saw that everything in my system works properly,like cpu gpu etc.
if someone can help me i would appreciate it

my psu is the Corsair Cx 750W.
i had some problems with my home voltage earlier,maybe that affected my psu to work less?
my temps are good in every device (cpu gpu etc) when i run this game ,i check them

in the recommended section only my CPU seems like it cant hold the game

what have you tried so far?

take off the side cover and blow out any dust build-up?
I’d be removing the GPU, CPU and RAM, cleaning those components, their mobo slots and applying new thermal paste to the CPU.
re-seat the components and see how it goes.
clean all the fan blades.

see if the temps are better now.

as to FPS drops, run some maintenance like CCleaner and Glary Disk Cleaner and see if they help.
