Multiple Games Consistently Crash on New PC

Hi I just want to preface this by saying I am pretty new to Windows 10 as this is my first desktop PC (switched from Mac). I ordered a custom PC as I do 3D animation and video editing.

I’ve been trying to run games on the side but as soon as I load in and make any sort of movement the game crashes. Everything loads quickly and I have no issue launching and loading the games. It’s just as soon as I load in and make any movement the game itself crashes.

The games that both consistently crash are GTA V and Phasmaphobia. Other games like Stardew Valley and Among Us run without issue.

Other than that the PC runs great, just needed help figuring out this issue.

    Things I have tried.

    -Uninstalling and reinstalling the games

    -Proceeded with Windows Updates

    -Unplugged any unnecessary devices

-Checked to see if any drivers were out of date

My specs are as shown below.

    Hello loneliestboyintheworld,

We can take a look but if it is anything hardware related you will have to contact the people that you made the purchase from, this so as not to void your warranty.

Can I ask what you mean by the above, Ive heard of games that can side scroll sideways but not running games on the side

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
