Graphics Driver and Monitor help

Hey, so I’m new here and I have very limited knowledge about gaming PC’s. Just last month I got a new PC built for me a by family member. However, I’ll be brief and say that I’ve been having a lot of issues with the graphics driver crashing when I play games and now my screen won’t stop pausing and blinking when I try to click or move my mouse. I’ve tried reinstalling the graphics driver and using older versions but after a while my game ends up crashing. As for the monitor I’ve double checked the connections for it and I didn’t see any issue with them. Any suggestions on how to fix these issues help. I’ve tried getting help through my family member and friends, but they can’t seem to find figure out a solution for my problem. (I have the GeForce GTX 1650 and I use a VIZIO TV screen for reference).

Could be something wrong with the video card, memory or the game not being compatible with the driver.
