Hey, could someone one help me with screen freezing (fps drops) and robotic sound? I have been using my dads pc when he isnt on it bcs my motherboard is broke and I have sent it for repair. It happens when I am playing games rn (GTA V, WoW), sometimes I can hear robotic voices of friends on discord even when I am on desktop or just browser. I thought it was cause of high usage of ram or cpu but both where fine when I checked it through amd overlay while playing.
Sounds more like an internet problem than a hardware issue.
If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Couple of things in Speccy, will mention them in the order that they are listed.
Power Profile
Active power scheme: AMD Ryzen Balanced Why has this been applied to an FX CPU, it`s not even that good for Ryzen CPUs and definitely not good for non Ryzen processors, change it to Balanced in the Windows Power Plan.
Running: NVIDIA Display Container LS
Running: NVIDIA LocalSystem Container You have and AMD video card but have Nvidea drivers installed, these need to be uninstalled.

15/5/2020 2020-05 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 (KB4552931)
Windows is well out of date which is putting you at risk of malware attack + troubleshooting computer problems is a waste of time when it is known that Windows is out of date as any one of a number of the missing hot fixes could be the solution to any problem that you may be having.
We need to be able to see version 1909 update installed and updated in an updated Speccy url along with the Power Plan change and Nvidea drivers having been uninstalled.
I was using this system with my pc now I am using it on my dads pc thats why I have there the Ryzen thing and Nvidia drivers. I ll try to do all the things u listed. Thanks for guidance
We are still missing the PSU information which is important.
Using software that is not compatible with any hardware that you have is asking for trouble and especially when it comes to GPU drivers, you are real lucky that the computer would even boot up tbh.
Can I ask that unless urgent you do not post back until you have done all steps that have been suggested and any requested information can be provided, as per my reply #4;

No assistance from me until we have the requested Speccy url, troubleshooting over the internet is difficult enough without it being made even more difficult by people not helping us when we are trying to help them.
You are still missing a fair few version 1909 cumulative updates and a couple of them quite big so they may take a while to download and install.
We need to do some research so can you tell us the exact model of ASUS HD 7800 Series GPU is in the computer, we need this info so we can find the correct drivers, you could try the AMD driver detect tool but that tends to try and download all sorts of stuff that you do not need.
Never noticed it before but something else that is installed that shouldn`t be;
Running: MSI Super Charger Service
Running: MSIREGISTER_MR
Once we have the correct drivers for the GPU installed we will test it offline, not a gamer myself so not much help when it comes to FPS but over the years through helping people I have found that when it comes to online gaming there are two things that hinder gaming, a poor internet connection and browser security plug ins, sort them and you are usually good to go.
Is the GPU here the same as the one that you have.
One of the problems of installing incompatible software is that it can be a nightmare to get rid of, you have high memory usage showing in Speccy and it could be the MSI rubbish that is causing it, how did this come to get installed?
You will still be getting updates installed as and when you connect to the internet each day, just be sure to install them as you get them rather than get so far behind again, remember that they are security patches and are not just released for no reason.
Edit to add: Something else going on now that you need to worry about and sort out asap, Avira and Defender are both running and if they cancel each other out you could have no AV protection at all;
Antivirus
Avira Antivirus
Antivirus: Enabled
Virus Signature Database: Up to date
Windows Defender
